Lakehawk Beach Volleyball Splits Home Trimatch

LEESBURG, Fla. (Beach Volleyball) – Lake-Sumter State College (LSSC) beach volleyball hosted Barry University and Florida Memorial University on Friday afternoon. In their second meeting of the season with Barry, the Lakehawks dropped a close 2-3 duel before sweeping Florida Memorial University (FMU) 5-0 in their second duel.

The Lakehawks improve to a 10-8 record on the season. The team will travel to Jacksonville, Fla. next week for a trimatch at Jacksonville University.

Match one is set for 12:00 p.m. against Palm Beach Atlantic University and match two will follow at 4:00 p.m. against Jacksonville University.
